In our last testimonial interview, I'm honored to share Renata Reiter's inspiring journey with you all. Renata, a talented project coordinator and specialist fluent in four languages, opens up about her experience before joining my course.
Renata shares, "One of the reasons why I stopped teaching English three years ago was because I started to feel the strain in my throat sooner and sooner. At the end of the day, I almost had a sore throat just from speaking and speaking." This resonates deeply with many of us who have experienced the toll of extensive vocal use in our daily lives.
She continues, "Anytime I feel frustrated or I feel that I’m in communication and my words don’t get through, I feel it’s sort of a wall, an invisible but very strong wall. I hit, I bump into that with full speed." Renata's honesty highlights the challenges we face in effective communication and the importance of finding ways to overcome them.
Renata discovered a transformative technique in the "Horse - Honey - Apple" sequence, which she describes as immensely helpful. "The Horse - Honey - Apple sequence helped me a lot. We imagine that I’m placing an apple back in this place in my throat. I realized I don’t use that area of my mouth when I speak at all." Through focused exercises, she learned to trigger the same sensations she experienced during the Apple exercise, leading to a profound shift in her vocal clarity and comfort.
