Pam Am Freight train slowly passes through Mechanicville , New York

This video was shot at the Elizabeth Street railroad crossing in Mechanicville, New York.
While waiting for the CP Holiday Train (click on this link to see the video: • Canadian Pacific Holid... ) we got word that a Pam Am train was coming down from the yard, so we set up on this crossig and waited for it.
Once it got here it was moving very very slowly because it was just coming out of the yard. This is my first time seeing a Pam Am freight in action, so we got really lucky.
Crossing info:
Signal #1: 2 pairs of US&S/RSI LED lights, a US&S gate motor and a US&S Electronic Bell
Signal #2: 3 pairs of US&S/RSI LED lights
Signal #3: 3 pairs of US&S/RSI LED lights, a US&S gate motor and a US&S Electronic Bell
Signal #4: 2 pairs of US&S/RSI LED lights and a US&S gate motor
This crossing is owned by Pam Am railways

Actually, the street the crossing is at is Viall Avenue, not Elizabeth Street. And yes, trains run very slowly on this track, because of either trains entering the yard, or leaving the yard and the curve to the east of this crossing. 1/2 the time, the trains end up stopping on the crossing. This crossing creates quite a headache and you'll see people turn around and find other routes as soon as the gates start to go down.

Yes, Elizabeth Street doesn't begin until after that second railroad crossing. The crossing DOT # is 052547L and if you enter that in on the FRA website, it'll show the street the crossing is on as Viall Ave.
