We use to see her in pain all the time and because of the age factor too it varies from person to person . But its all in our hands dear .Pami i see my mom in you as she is such a strong woman same as you . She use to bare the pain like anything most of the time she will not be able to do her own work too but still because of her will power and inner strength she is overcoming everything even though her RA value is tooo high .This increase in winters a lot and mainly this is also based out of emotions dear. We also checked lots and lots of treatment nothing work as a permanent solution.keep yourself same stronger and positive that will lead you a beautiful life and you can overcome anything dear. I am a over thinker, scared of lot of things and will keep thinking negative stuff, googling symptoms for diseases and will go paranoid thinking what if I have XYZ disease and what if I die due to that. My over thinking became more in my idle time, later for thinking negative stuff I started to become idle. The moment I watched this video and seeing how confident and brave you guys are, I felt so little and stupid of wasting time over trivial things. Whereas you guys have a real problem but give a damn about it. The best part of the video, which slapped me is what pami said during 12:44 to 13:44, Seriously this changed me. This is a turning point in my life, I am going to seriously stop overthinking about nonsense stuff and get some fresh air, divert my mind in to productive things to avoid negative thinking as pami said Suhail bro, if you can please cut this timeline in to a shorts and post it, it might be helpful to people like me and change their lives like it did to me. Hai Pami I am also diagnosed with RI, I am not taking any medication for that. I just take the pain and don't think much about the RI. Be strong and bold Pami doesn't think much about the pain. Doing some weight training will help to reduce pain and strength to join.
