I’m worried about the knife scraping against the bowl and possibly scratching glass or plastic or dulling on metal-releasing tiny shards of glass or plastic into food? Is the knife part designed to prevent this? Thanks!

I prefer to unthaw food in the freezer. The microwave tends to re-thaw stuf.

Kinda wondering how your lettuce didn’t stick/get stuck between the blades. Happens every time I’ve used them. Seriously, I’m disappointed.

Anyone still use these , I’m considering getting these .. 😅
