This VHS video, dated September 10, 1987, was mailed to the homes of all Pan Am pilots with a report from Martin R. Shugrue, Pan Am's Chief Operating Officer. It contains an incredible inside look into a major American corporation's planning through turbulent economic times. A little over a year later, the devastating terrorist attack on Pan Am Flight 103 sent the airline into an unrecoverable situation and the airline eventually ceased operations on December 4, 1991.
