These things are amazingly cleverly designed - quite impressive engineering. Your video really helped me out - I was at a loss for how the bag of parts were supposed to go together. Good video - complete, concise, and not overly wordy. Kudos.
If you are not a Teacher, quit your job and become one. I'm 49, a life time in Aerospace and Defence, something as simple as this kit baffled me. Thank you Mr Toad
I got mg90 servos with metal gears, they are deeper than the plastic ones, so when attaching to the tilt head, I had to leave a gap of about 3mm otherwise it bends the hinge opposite the gear, glad I had plenty of spokes to play with too. I see no point screwing the spoke on the tilt in as the centre screw will hold in in the moulding (and doesn't really need cutting down) Definetly helpful video though!
DUDE!!!! I was just looking for instructions on how to put together and program those pan and tilt goodies I got from you on your great eBay store.. and lookie what I found!!!! I didn't know you also had a you tube page.. well I guess I will have to subscribe now..'cause even though I may sound like I know what I am doing I am just a 69 year old newbie... Carry on!
Thanks for the really cool video. It was very detailed. I added an ultrasonic sensor to it. The tip about using ties was excellent 👌. They do look like antannae. Lovey!
I looked for a video only to find if others had the same problems like me. a) the holes of the servo mount do not align with the pan b) my servos do not freely move... they are like stuck. c) the tilt does not attach well with the up servo...
This mount is sold as pieces collected and not fitting. I have one myself. He struggles at several points to assemble and the camera is turned off. Screws don't fit. This should be mentioned in this video.
great video, awesome, thank you. I like you to show us connecting pan and tilt assembly to Spektrum DSMX DXe Transmitter with AR610 Receiver "like how to link" those two. building a tank with go pro. son project. thx much
That's a very cool little unit and it looks like it works real well. I see that this video is well over a year old. Do you still have these for sale on ebay? I'd be very interested in two of them...maybe 3.
mountaindewdude76 you can get them on aliexpress for 3 bucks good quality, also the reason im watching this now because it just came in and didnt come with a assembly
The mg90s has a plastic main gear that wears out just as fast as the cheaper all plastic geared one! Meaning for more money you'll get a servo with metal gears that's useless once the main PLASTIC GEAR WEARS OUT SMH DESIGN. replace the plastic gear with a brass one trust me
