Thank you for sharing. I am planning a trip there soon solo.. I’m glad you described how humid it was there. I was concerned if I would be able to stand the heat. Thanks again.
I really appreciated your video. It was very nicely done and showed a good variety of what one can see and do. It is definitely on my list of places I am considering for vacation. Seeing a busy area during down time is a great time to explore it. I am glad to see you found at least one coffee shop was open. 😊
Thank you so much! 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 I will definitely be back to Panama. I want to check out the beaches there. What are you looking for in a new city? Also look into Mérida, MX. They have a booming expat community and a few FB groups to help expats get acclimated. I did a video on Mérida too. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E8bVyo7hMrQ.html
@@tiffanievendryes Hi, I've never been to Panama but I'm making plans to travel there this year. I love the area you stayed in especially the location of your hotel. I'm definitely looking forward to this solo trip. I love solo travel because I'm spontaneous although I try to stick to the main plan when I try.
Solo travel is great. You get to travel without compromising. Mérida and Cartagena are also great cities for solo travel. They are similar to Panamá with the colonial feel.
I went in May of 2023. I speak a fair bit of Spanish so I found it easy to get around. There was also a fair amount of staff who spoke English. Use your GoogleTranslate app and go have a good time. Cartagena is another great city to visit.
Thank you! I really enjoyed myself in Panama. My favorite parts were the Cinta Costera and Casco Viejo. Have you been to Tabogo Island? If so, would you recommend going there too? That was on my list for my next visit.
@@tiffanievendryes Taboga is such a nivel day trip. If you really want to scape the city and enjoy, Taboga is a wonderful place. Delicious food, beautiful beach, friendly locals and fascinating history😃
Hi! The coffee shop is called Unidos. It's a chain so there are a couple of them around town. I went to two locations. The first was in Casco Viejo and I put the second location below. I included the website also. It wasn't far from the JW but not walking distance. Its probably a 3 minute Uber. I took an Uber there from the JW and then walked back. I regretted walking back because it was soooo hot. Avenida Paseo del Mar, Torre MMG, Planta Baja Lunes a Viernes: 7:00 AM a 3:00 PM T. 399 - 95441 cafeunido.com/sp/locations/panama/
@@tiffanievendryes In Panamá, I think you should go to Chiriqui, Boquete(a small town in the province of chriqui) It has really good hotels and amazing places. With flowers and beaituful views to see the mountains. If you haven't went there.
Hi, I didn't do any tours. Whenever I go back I want to check out Tobago Island. I was only there for a couple days and there was so much to see and do in Casco Viejo.
