This is not the beach. This is in town and they were hit with a category 5 hurricane 5 years ago. Please know what you are taking about before you ride through areas you know nothing about!

Sir you are in the city Springfield some 23 miles from Panama City, Beach. the vagrants you see are homeowners who lost everything and after FEMA removed their temporary housing they left these devastated people homeless! The idea that you visit our city after Hurricane Michael a category 5 storm with winds topping 205 mph which the data showed from Tyndall Air Force Base; which was leveled also and say its the worst city is shameful. We lost loved ones, our homes, cars our places of worship
This is Panama City, not Panama City Beach. I live in Panama City. We were hit with a category 5 hurricane in 2018. There are no hoods around here, except young teens that are just wannabes. Take a look at Rutherford High School. Full of kids that just wanna gangsters so bad. Rutherford was actually a very good school back then and is nothing compared today. Panama City is safe.

This is actually true. I grew up in Jacksonville FL, Duval County around St Augustine highest crime rate in the nation and I also live in Panama City, FL now. The beach side is absolutely unpredictable and gets hit with a lot more crime than you’d think because that’s where all the ‘good stuff’ is 🫡
There’s a lot of poverty in that area around the chemical plant but that doesn’t make it ghetto or even dangerous 😂. Now there are definitely some crackheads running around Parker/Millville/springfield area but they generally keep to themselves. It’s just a poorer area that wasn’t helped much by the paper mill shutting down and a cat 5 hurricane hitting it. And as others have mentioned, this is NOT PCB!
Sir your being racist, this is the back area of Panama City. It’s not the hood and was hit hard by hurricane Michael. The city is still rebuilding. Most of these black families have been living there their whole life.
You should move to Alabama and be around like minded people. That is the crappiest part of town who lives there is irrelevant to me this video is about the place not the people
Panama City & Panama City Beach is not the same and we are still trying to rebuild here in the city! Panama City Beach barley got touch. Don't come here and think you know what your talking about! We were hit by a cat 5 in Oct 2018 and STILL trying to rebuild! You are in Springfield too. Not even Panama City... And those are Sec 8 housing apts you was asking about.
@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS my mother JUST moved back into her home last week and here we are July 2023 from a Hurricane in Oct 2018. Unfortunately for a lot of people it has taken this long or longer to get back into their homes.
That's not the Panama City Beach area. This is a whole another town nothing to do with the beach. Hurricane Michael destroyed Panama City area. That's a some of the damage that's left over. Great video full of information. 🔥
From what i was told when i move here last year. this area got hit bad by hurricane Michael, it took months before they got electricity and water back. they never recovered. a lot was tear down and built new house damage houses 😂

Black people town lol it ain't hoodz it looks cleaned, just old and damaged heavily from hurricane. Blacks been living there for long time. Springfield/Millville
i moved to pc from chicago i can say if my class mates were ever in a real hood situation they wouldent know what to do edit also there storys cringe as hell 😂
It definitely has plain beautiful landscape. Though I guess it's too humid out there. As I see the wiring among the poles is torn apart, thus they don't have electricity supplied onto their homes.
