This is an altogether different model. Ek hai standard 5 star model(NU series) jisme silver outdoor coating nhi aati(named eco casing) and remote bhi alag hai in comparison to the XU and HU series model jo apke pass hai jisme there are more features like nano-e/x, aerowings, jetstream, human detection etc. basically their top of the line models. I'm assuming purane vale ka model no is CS/CU-XU18YKYF. They both have a difference of 4-5 k with the top end model of HU series being about 7-8k more expensive than base models. Ek aur hai series which is the EU series jisme there is silver coloured coating on the outdoor unit. Vo hi difference hai sirf offline and online mein although EU series bhi hai available online. So for anyone buying 5 star model get the EU series model. Check the official brochure. And yes it is a bit of a mess to understand but agar brochure padoge toh sab samjh aajayega

Yes you are right, We bought two Panasonic ac today via offline, there is some huge difference between online and offline.. because in same price for like 38000 online it is giving with wifi but in offline if you want wifi you have to give 45000

I have purchased 1.5 ton Panasonic 2024 model , they have delivered a defective AC. After sales service is worst possible , I regret for buying this product, Promoting this Panasonic AC is big Injustice to Consumers of India. Srikar Moto why can't you find the reality of Panasonic service before promoting this Product.
Difference in outdoor unit is not due to online/offline. These are different models. One is priced higher and one is priced lower. Both can be bought online as well as offline. Also Panasonic themselves are selling both type of models on their own marketplace online. Newer model comes with more features, that is why they have cut some corners to keep pricing in check.

Bhai after use review batao, mere paas bhi yahi ese hai abhi liya hai 2024 model zero power saving karta hai, kisi bhi mod par chalao 1 unit per hour khata hai, top floor pe room h mera proper cooling bhi nahi karta hai.
I bought Panasonic 1.5 ton 3 star ac in 36000 from a shop and i got back 8000 rupees because i had registered gst no. So i didn't pay any gst on this ac so it cost me around 28000 only
True. But online models offline mein nahi milte aur offline models online mein nahi milte. Mere ghar pe 2 Panasonic AC hai. Ek online aur dusra offline wala. Maine shopkeeper se pucha online model ke bare mein toh vo bola Amazon mein Panasonic ke special AC hote hai vo offline mein nahi milte.

@@pa1kumarbhukya i bought 2 Panasonic AC. Online and Offline. For me online ac installer (Panasonic service) did vacuuming. But offline installer (seller himself) didn't. When asked he told new ac don't require vacuuming. I was confused. I don't mind as both of them are working good.
@@HoutPateta I have ordered through Flipkart did you order on Panasonic site? I asked them to do vacuuming too but cited the same reason as yours. It's works fine now later it(cooling) may degrade

Maine ye ac pichhle year april me liya tha online wifi wala 4 way swing k sath. 4 way swing shi chl rha tha but abhi bilkul free ho gya hai, sbse left and right speed se turn ho jata hai air through k karn, isko kaise thik kre ki ye smoothly left and right turn kre. Plz help
