Just ordered from them. They did me good. Got a great deal from them and the service was amazing for me. Got everything I wanted and in order and got 3 year extended warranty for £10
I have learned to my cost that buying from SLR - Hut is. a BAD idea. If you live in the UK and anything goes wrong.... you have to send the faulty product to them in the USA at you own expense, as the UK manufacturer will tell you that your warrant is void. They won't repair the product unless you pay them and you have to pay for a courier or postage both ways too.
yOU NEVER SHOULD US YOUR PANASONIC WARRANTY WHICH I AM SURE YOU PAID FOR BECAUSE PANASONIC DO NOT WARRANTY GREY IMPORTS ,THERE SHOULD BE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY IN THE BOX WHICH SUPPLIER SHOULD SIGN AND SHIP WITH CAMERA BUT NOT SLRHUT UK OR WHEREVER IT COMES FROM DO NOT .THEY SAY THEY ARE UK COMPANY BUT DO NOT INCLUDE VAT, THERE SHOP IN LONDON OPENS AT 10AM AND CLOSES 8PM AMERICAN TIMES AMERICAN STAFF SO THERE NO UK FIRM GRRRRRRR
but if you buy panasonic in uk the warranty is included,i been in touch with panasonic and they say there should have been a worldwide warranty in the box of my camera and they told me to get the supplier to fill in the warranty and send to me but SLRHUT.UK will not do instead they offer me there own warranty which means i have to ship camera to USA for repair but i would never trust them
