Real nice Guyana Molly's Dohsay are so small and cute,I remember my mother uses to make Dohsay for us as big as the tawa size hahaha and yes we all had one each, delicious
I have never heard it called Chota before,yes we called it Dohsay,love my Dohsay whiles growing up in Berbice,when it's hot off the tawa and you rub some butter on it,oh la la delicious
You know I had never heard it called Dohsay before, until someone commented saying that. All my life I know this as Chota, so you can see even in small Guyana the different regions cooks a bit different and has different names for the same dishes as well👍

Sugar was added to the mixture so syrup would make it too sweet, but I can see the butter after would make a nice contrast.....with some scrambled eggs and bacon....LOL.
