Pancakes on Bleaberry Fell

Gosh it was so windy at the summit, so I had to descend a little bit to find a quiet spot.
I had a pleasant night and lazy morning with pancakes.
Another two WW done... hoping to reach 100 by the end of the summer.

Thank you for your nice comment. I did not know about sugar- lemon until I moved to Britain. I must say I like it a lot. I used to eat pancakes with jam mainly.

They are actually egg pans :) So you can imagine how small they are, but good for making pancakes for one person.

It is a great fell.. hopefully you will get a nice weather.. not too windy as the views from the top are amazing!

Lovely video, Linda. That area of fells are so nice but I don't go up them very often precisely because they're always so wet and boggy! Doesn't seem to matter how nice the weather is, you just end up sinking in the quagmire! 😂 Might have to try pancakes for breakfast, looked good! 🤠👍🏻

Quagmire.. that's a new word for me :) Yes I don't really like boggy ground.. one thing is getting wet, another thing- I am worried that I will sink lol... that bog will eat me alive. 😂😂😂

Always boggy on Bleaberry Fell even in the summer but god to see you got a nice pitch and out of the wind. It was like watching Master Chef in the morning, I was well impressed with the pancakes and a nice change from porridge. I love the walk from Ashness Bridge to Hight Seat and then dropping down to Bleaberry Fell and then Walla Crag, such a scenic walk but a shame that you had to cut your planned route short, cheers Alan

Yes it is a very nice area. I have missed out one or two mountains almost everywhere I have been.. Such as Whinlatter, Rannerdale Knotts, Stone Arthur... Will just need to go back and do them at some point :) Thanks for watching!
