Thanks for this presentation. The focus is rightly on the tumor but what are the concerns when a tumor looks to be resectable, say on the body/tail but a enlarged lymph node near an vein or artery is also present. How does this change the decision? All other organs are unremarkable.

If cancer is resectible now (stage1-2) what is the best option? Surgery now and then chemo or 2-4 months chemo then do whipple? That's my choice right now. Probably do chemo first then surgery. Hopefully, not the wrong choice.
