Thank you for that! 🙏🏻 Yes...Hijaz is such an hypnotic trans scale specially with such contrast between high and low range...Love it but indeed more challenging to play cause you have to be extremely accurate on bottom notes cause they are small. Thats why you see the points on the rim...at least for now till my hands memorize their placement. But somehow it opens different possibilities. I get lost as its a big journey...im very looking forward to properly explore it. This was just a rough jam on it for the archive. 😉 Much Love to you beautiful Kat. ❤

Well, I have been doing lower scales for a while now...I just havent been having enough time/energy to make videos and edit and publish them.... im still a one man guy. ;) At the moment im a lot into lower scales...my ears also appreciate them much more then high scales.

Thank you for your words...yeah, thats a way of playing I really connect to as I think rhythm and pulse is so important in Music and life in general. ;)

Its 53cm diameter...standard size. Yeah layout is different then usual as it has all lower notes on top shell and higher ones (10) on bottom. Its tricky at first to get used to it but then it opens some doors to a different way of playing... I already got used to it now. 😉
