毛毛/Mao Mao gave birth to set of twin on 26 July 2014, 毛竹/Mao Zhu, male & 毛笋/Mao Sun, female. The cub in the video was 毛笋/Mao Sun. BTW, at 0:12, 毛毛/Mao Mao seem to be looking around, maybe she sensed her baby through her great sense of smell.
During day time, most of the Pandas are let out into the yard. By evening time, they will be lured back into the indoor cage. I think this is practice by almost all zoo in the world. Regardless of animal.
