I have a reverse monogram and it is peeling a bit but who cares it looks vintage. If not a purist, you can add leather trim all around at a later date once it gets bad
I had the same exact issue as you and took it in for repair. The SA said it’s a known issue because of the zipper so they took it back and exchanged it with the new model since if it gets repaired, it’ll just keep happening.
My bag is peeling too! And it’s also a Palm Springs mini. I exchanged it once and it happened again. My peeling is on the top like you and on the bottom corners of the small pocket. I have so many bags that I rarely use it and I’m at home homeschooling my boys all week. Worst $2200 I’ve ever spent. They’re doing nothing for me at my lv :(

Just went through this experience myself. They took two weeks to return my email requesting a repair. I would add that repairs might take longer than usual as well. My repair was sent in August and was scheduled to be completed on Friday. Now, my account has no completion date listed...
@@stardustlv they lost it apprently so now they are supposedly sending me a new one. This is now been 2 weeks additional. working on 9 months without a bag!

My pochette metis reverse that has a crack , I have to escalate it till they agreed to a store credit as at first I was told it is unrepairable so I have to assert that it was not wear and tear but quality issue .
I had the exact same issue and they granted me an exchange. I guess it differs case by case but maybe you can ask if they can give you exchange too. Please update us on the repairs! 😘😘😘
I was given a store credit on my first palm spring mini . This one no , it’s ok as long as it will be repaired for free hehe . 😍. Glad you got an exchange on yours ❤️
I had the same issue mine, which was in the former model. I sold mine and used the funds to purchase a new one, I didn’t want I go through the hassle. Would love to know how your repair request turns out.
LV will repair it for free which I am glad. It is nice you were able to sell yours . This is really a common problem , mine is also the ild model . Stay safe ❤️
LV asked for my receipt so I do not know if they will repair without one . If you have a good relationship w your SA maybe she can help you with it without one . 😍
