This guy's story is so inspiring... How to become a great tech entrepreneur without being some tech guy at all. And who cares? You are successful, and say "f*ck you" to haters!

1:37:40 Brian admits his company made a major mistake. He immediately just gained to much respect from me. I think this is a huge lesson to all business owners.

I love what he said about AirBnB compressing the friend-making process. I met one of my best friends because of AirBnB last year.

I love hearing Brian Chesky talk, very exciting. The dilemma I have is he doesn't express gravity. Everything is like charm talk, no core, just let me entertain ya'll. The story of AirBnB's development is like a let's try this, oh that didn't work, let's try this, oh no, ok, let's try this. Each this is a new business. Like the success out of serial entrepreneurship. He never speaks from his core. It's more hustle-flow (fungible friendship) than this is my essential belief. It's more like if this fails, we'll just make something else.

Hey Brian this is inspiring to all entreprenurs out there. Our time with our new company has been full of incredible highs and crushing lows. And, like you said, it is massively lonely sometimes. But, like you also said, you push through and find a way to get past the challenges. Your video is my go to place when I need inspiration and I hope you know how much of an impact that you have had on our life and I´m sure many other lives out there. I also watch a ton of motivational videos but this one is truly my #1 piece of motivation. Hope to meet you one day to shake your hand.

@MartinaVyskocova
@MartinaVyskocova 9 лет назад
FelixNobody I think its as important HOW you say something as its what you say. Thats why there are trainings on public speaking. And thats why copywriters and designers are so well paid ;-)
@FelixNobody
@FelixNobody 9 лет назад
I think HOW u say something is all that matters, so we agree. Although I just put ones intentions and authenticity under the category HOW and not ones Diction and Public Speaking ability under said category. Hence the numerous people who have had so much to give to humanity even though they were "awkward" speakers
@FelixNobody
@FelixNobody 9 лет назад
And I could tell by their tone and inflections and emotion, along with subject matter, that they are both passionate and on to something that will benefit myself and humanity, at least thats what i got, i understand though that my world is just that =P
@MartinaVyskocova

lol now you are mixing apples with pears. She is interviewing someone publicly so she should be professional and know how to speak properly. Thats all Im saying.

Does he mention the company has turned into data mining enterprise. They want your credit card, your drivers license, your facebook profile, and even been asking for passports. They store all this info through their website. Its bad enough when just your credit card info has been hacked through a store, what happens when they get all your info, you might as well change yourself as a person.

if your gonna call your show fireside chat... you should at least have a fake fire on a screen or something..... of course a real fireplace in a cabin would be ideal... and you have to wear a turtle neck..

Samuel Oñate The Fire is the words and inspiration coming from their mouths in a chit chat setting that will burn a motivation in one’s soul to manifest all dreams and visions u might have. And if you get that, your attention wouldn’t be looking for anything that’s fake, or any dress attire.
