I just made this and my parents loved it. Specially with the rose water and the tip where you said that we should cook it 50 percent. In the end the rice was perfectly cooked not mushy.🌻🌻thaankyou

Wooow finally found the mystery of biryani wanted to make it for a long time watch many times of other chefs but was not satisfied cause of heavy ingridents n long process confused me alot but now I can try with follow each steps in calmly Thank you chef KK for give each recipes but specially with simpliest way I think you knows ur india in best way we Indians don't go much complex side prefer more simple but informative way to do things. ☺❤

I recommend India Gate Feast Rozzana. It's not too expensive (Around 110rs per kg) and it tastes very good. Aged rice. The other variety like India Gate Tibet is more expensive. I don't recommend brown basmati. The white is tastier.
