I always thought paneer was soy until i just looked it up. LOL. I have to admit, i was excited to see some colour in the food at first, than it had to regular orange brown colour. Im wondering if you make food that doesnt have the brownish colour too it. Not being harsh. Honestly just wondering. Do you eat salads there? Or is it always cooked food? Do you use the same spices all the time? Is paneer allowed in a vegetarian diet? Or is it just vegan that dont eat dairy?

Here food have different colours. Generally gravy is tomato based so it isorange in colour. This was an Indo chinese recipe so it has brownish colour. Yes we eat salads here in India as a side dish. But cooked food is eaten as main course. There are combination of different spices which are put according to the recipe. Paneer is a dairy product. It is allowed in vegetarian diet but not allowed in vegan diet.
