Thanks for such a simple recipe for paneer pasanda. I used to opt for a very tedious and time consuming recipe. But this time I thought to give this recipe a try and I really regretted for not trying it sooner. It's in most simplistic form and flavor is spot on. The best thing is that there was no need for corn starch coating and deep frying for pasanda sandwich. Blob of butter and it was done perfectly. Texture and flavour is something I admired greatly with this recipe.

Traditionally some chefs and cooks do not add garlic to the gravy of paneer pasanda as they believe that the strong aroma of the garlic can ruin the delicacy of this very delicate dish. Overall the recipe you have given here is just great and tons of thanks for this recipe.
