Paneer Popcorn | Paneer Popcorn Recipe | Paneer Snack Recipe | Evening Snacks 

Protein reach, easy to make evening snack.
INGREDIENTS (2-3 Servings):
Cubed paneer - 200 grams
Gram flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - 2-3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 0.5-1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as needed
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Chat masala - 2 pinch
Oil - for frying
RECIPE:
1. Cut the paneer into bite size cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, add gram flour and rice flour. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and ginger garlic paste.
3. Mix evenly without lumps.
4. Add the paneer cubes and coat evenly with the flour. If the paneer is very dry, sprinkle little water.
5. In medium hot oil, just off the excess dry flour and fry the paneer till golden brown color. Cook in medium hot oil.
6. When the popcorn is hot, sprinkle the chat masala.
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup / mayonnaise / mint chutney.
