Ingredients
Paneer - 400 Gms
Corn Flakes
Oil For Deep Frying
To Make Batter
Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup
Maida - 1/4 Cup
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder - 1 Tsp
Onion Powder - 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper
Water
To Make Mayo Dip
Mayonnaise - 1/4 Cup
Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
A Pinch Of Salt
Method
1. Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside
2. Crush the cornflakes coarsely and keep it aside
3. In a bowl, mix maida, cornflour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, pepper powder, salt
4. Mix everything well and gradually add water to make a batter
5. Now, dip the paneer pieces in the batter and coat them with the crushed cornflakes
6. Heat some oil for deep frying
7. Once the oil is heated up, slowly add the paneer pieces into the hot oil
8. Fry them till they turn golden brown in color
9. The Paneer Popcorns are done, serve them hot.
To make Spicy Mayo Dip
1. To the mayonnaise, add chili sauce, italian seasoning, salt and mix well
2. Serve it along the Paneer Popcorn.
