Paneer Tikka In a Pan | Bitiya Ki Rasoi 

PANEER TIKKA/ COTTAGE CHEESE BBQ (IN A PAN)
INGREDIENTS
1.Paneer- 450 gms
2.Curd-170 gms
3. Ginger/garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
4. Salt- 1 teaspoon
5.Pepper- 1 teaspoon
6. Capsicum/onion- 1 cup
7. Tandoori masala- 1 tablespoon
8. Lemon juice- 1 lemon
9. Ginger powder*- ¼ teaspoon
10. Chilly flakes- ½ teaspoon
11. Kasoori methi- ½ teaspoon
12. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
STEP- 1 (PREPARATION OF THE MARINADE)
Take well beaten curd in a mixing bowl. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger powder, chilly falkes and kasoori methi to it. Mix well to get a uniform paste.
The marinade is ready.
STEP- 2 ( MARINATING THE PANEER AND VEGETABLES)
Add paneer cubes, capsicum squares and onion petals to the marinade.Gently mix and try to get a coating on all the vegetables. Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for atleast two hours.
STEP- 3 ( SAUETING IN A PAN)
Take a heavy bottom pan and heat it. Add olive oil to it. Then add the marinated vegetables and sauté the vegetables. Adjust the flame of the stove as per the need and keep on cooking till the moisture dries up completely.
Serve hot with mint dip and lemon wedges.
