I recently tried this recipe and it turned out to be totally mouthwatering. I made it again when I had guests at my home and everyone loved it. We moved to Canada 2 years back and this recipe reminded me of my all time favourite restaurant in India - Barbeque Nation. Thanks once again for making a RU-vid channel, whenever I want to have any restaurant style food, I checkout your very innovative, tempting yet very healthy recipes, which help me make food even better than my expectations. 😊🙏🏻

I tried this just now and my family loved it, stole charcoal from iron wala bhayya and did that charcoal flavour thing you do, I couldn't believe the magic it has done, thank youuuu

What if the curd is not that hung but a bit loose will it still work ?

Drain it through a cloth to remove the unnecessary water in normal curd and then use it

You can strain the curd if you don;t have a cloth, or maybe use more besan to absorb that moisture?
