We are sitting on our hands while our best and brightest are doling out beautiful policies in books, treatises and friend-circle debates. It is interesting that Soludo is saying the water factory guy said he cannot pay because of the cost of producing his own electricity. Which still boils down to government. Why can't government solve the issue of power and bring down cost of production. The government is still the problem here
