DeMario Bell is a first-generation college graduate and a recognized community builder with a passion for mentorship and diversity & inclusion. Currently, he serves as the Senior Community Manager in the Global Marketing Practice at Culture Amp, an Australian-founded human resources software company. DeMario leads the digital strategy and operations for the Culture First Community, a global network of over 100,000 HR and people leaders that has received multiple industry awards for its engagement and impact. Before joining the tech industry in 2020, DeMario worked in alumni relations at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. In 2023, he was named LinkedIn’s Top Community Voice, and in 2024, CMX honored him as the Best B2B Community Professional and Best Growth Marketing Community.
Aaron Weiss brings over 10 years of experience ideating, launching, and leading Community programs and teams at startups, Autodesk, Square, and most recently Procore. Aaron has led Product for forums receiving millions of hits each month, grown virtual and in-person event attendance by thousands, and fostered deep connections between hundreds of experts through super user programs. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships at scale that improve the lives of Community members while delivering clearly-defined value to businesses.
Andreia Tulcidas lives and breathes the golden rule “by the community, for the community” when it comes to managing programs for the global OutSystems community of 700k+ developers. Her proudest accomplishments include building an award-winning global user group program from the ground up, reaching 90+ groups and 10k+ attendees in 5 years, and defining and managing a superuser program with 100+ community advocates, with the goal of evangelizing OutSystems to new audiences and acting as her extended community team. Andreia’s passion for community building and engagement as well as her commitment to the OutSystems community have been celebrated, earning her the Community Industry Award for a Virtual Events Program by CMX and the Portuguese Women in Tech Award for Community Leader. When not building communities, you can find her jamming in a karaoke bar or being an amateur cook for her friends.
