If Panera’s not okay with sharing the way there Mac and cheese is made they should probably change how it is cooked

We are not allowed to have out phones out in the kitchen or take pictures , people complain about the meat like the chicken saying its not done but we dont cook it its boiled

I worked at Panera for a while and I never really thought to mention that our Mac and cheese was frozen to anyone. They never made us sign contracts or anything saying that we wouldn’t say anything about it. But it does make sense to not because well it’s “fresh food”

Something else that will blow your mind is, Olive Garden doesn’t actually have chef’s. Soup & like pasta there is made about the same. 🤷🏻‍♀️ they don’t actually cook food at Olive Garden.

A lot of restaurants are doing this now it's done for consistency. But because places like Panera bread and Corner Bakery come off as being fresh it hurts their reputation.

I own a Mexican restaurant and even we make the pasta which is the elbow macaroni in our kitchen and use cheese dip for the cheese which we also make. It’s honestly much more cheaper than buying frozen.
