Not the 3rd highest pass but 10th highest pass. You will be shocked to know that Changla pass is higher than Kgardungla by just over a meter some of the higher passes are Photila at 18124 ft, Mana Pass at 18300 ft, Umingla at 19300 ft. Two passes in Tibet are higher than Kgardungla and one in Bolivia at 18950 ft is the 2nd highest pass in the world. Kgardungla is 11th highest pass in the world @ some 17900ft. BRO has not removed the old sign milestone from Kgardungla which used to be the highest pass some 25 years back. Now Umingla in Ladakh is the highest pass in the world @19300 ft (but some say 19024 ft).

which month are you visit this trip?

I visited Pangong Tso this June its freaking amazing but if you're staying there in Tents then there is too cold out there. The road which shown in video post 8:30 is now constructed properly as we headed to Hanley from Pangong next day.
