Road conditions from Nubra valley to Pangong Lake was very poor and in 80% of cases there was no Road BRO is working on the development of roads, but it will take time to complete the same.
At few areas roads were created inside the Shyok River and it was a temporary route and hopefully soon BRO will complete the roads which can connect Nubra Valley to Pangong.
At late night we decided to reach Karu from Pangong Lake & we didn’t took chusal route for Umling la pass, we were new to that route so we thought to use the old route which was Leh to Hanle & Umling la pass.
