Pani Puri Indian Street Food အရသာစုံစုံလင်လင်နဲ့ စားလို့အရမ်း​ကောင်းတဲ့ ပါနီပူရီ လုပ်နည်း

Today, I am gonna do Indian street food called “Pani Puri”. Panipuri is deep-fried breaded sphere filled with potato, onion, or chickpea. It is a common street food in the Indian subcontinent. It is often spiced with tamarind chutney, chili powder, or chaat masala. A Bengali variant, fuchka, uses spiced mashed potatoes as the filling.
I was not quite impressed this street food until I tried. One bite I am totally fell in love. The crispy dough, which is soften in chutney and the flavor of spices, sweet, spicy, sour of fillings is perfectly melted well in one bite.
I initially thought pani puri would be difficult to do at home. But I found ready-to-use puri at Indian supermarkets and the recipe is not complicated so I gave it a try at home and I am totally enjoyed with it.
