Masala (Potato Masala/Aloo Stuffing):
Potato - 4-5 Pcs, Boiled And Cut Into Cubes
Onion - 1 Large Sized, Chopped
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp, Finely Chopped
Mint Leaves - 2 Tbsp, Finely Chopped
Bird’s Eye Chili - 2-3 pcs, Finely Chopped
Salt - To Taste
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - ½ Tsp
Khatta Meetha Pani (Date & Tamarind Chutney):
Tamarind Pulp - 2 Tbsp, Diluted In Hot Water
Dates - 4-5 Pcs, Peeled And Deseeded
Palm Sugar - ½ Cup Or 4 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds Powder - 1 Tsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Water - 1 ½ Cup
Theeka Pani (Green Water):
Coriander Leaves - A Handful
Mint Leaves - A Handful
Bird’s Eye Chili - 3-4pcs
Ginger - 1-2 Small Chunk, Sliced
Water - A Good Amount or 3-4 cups
Tamarind Pulp - 1 Tsp, Diluted
Lime Juice - 1-2 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Fennel Seeds Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 Tsp (Optional)
Fried Puri (Pani Puri Vathal):
Oil - A Good Amount to deep fry
Pani Puri Vathal - Store Bought (Haniffa Grocery Store, Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur)
Side Dish/Condiments:
Indian Chips/ Snacks - As Required
Plain Yogurt - As Required
