Dada shreeji as a doctor, what diet you will suggest a person should have? When today diabetes is treated by consuming non veg and by high protein intake.

Dada true that anxiety is normal and panic attacks happen normally also. But in some people they are severe repeated and impact on functioning in day to day life. Will that be a disorder? That is different from sporadic panic attacks happening normally or acute anxiety symptoms and need treatment.

Dear friend as rightly mentioned stress, fear, anxiety and panics, are natural, when they happen occasionally, as most humans will experience some of these in some degree or other. What is mentioned is one needs to accept them, express and can offer to your Divine, positively go through those experiences and one will be relieved of them as the experience is over. Problem happens when we ‘hold-on’ to them, be in denial and not want to accept or face them, look upon them as something ‘unnatural’ and create a larger picture of some big issue! Then it really becomes a problem- a ‘disorder’. Herein, what will really help is connecting to your Divine, expressing, accepting and experiencing any of these emotions and moving on, as a solution. Yes, after trying all these, if one is still not able to manage, one must seek medical advise and professional counseling, do something, so that one can move out of this soon, before it becomes more severe. In all this be connected to your Source and keep expressing, which will immensely help. (Namaste.
