Panko Crusted Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders 

Time for some delicious crispy oven baked chicken tenders. Perfectly flavoured and you can't go wrong with panko breadcrumbs which I used a mixture of here. They turn out super crispy and can be prepped ahead of time and the oven does the work for you. These go down a treat with kids and once you include some of their favourite dips then dinner is sorted asap. I hope you do get to try them and tell me what you think. Depending on the amount of chicken you have you would have to adjust the breading and seasonings to your taste. RECIPE:
- 600gms chicken tenders
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- Salt to taste
- A cup of all-purpose flour
- Garlic butter recipe in the cheesy pesto stuffed dough balls video
- A cup of panko breadcrumbs mixed with a tbsp of normal breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
-Preheat your oven to 180°C fan assisted oven/400°F and 200°C conventional oven.
