Marty, we need you. You show and say every note and chord and you make everything so easy to understand. I've been waiting for waiting for you to bring some Pantera. They have been my favorite band since 1991 and still are. Dimebag is my favorite guitarist of all time. Thank you for showing us how to play Walk. RE-SPECT 👊

It took me over a year to get a hang of it. It takes a awhile honestly but i promise you it gets easier eventually. Especially with working and building up muscle memory, you'll know how to read the fret board like a book before you know it😁

Tip: When you're creating a how-to vid, instead of keeping your fingers in their natural position when making figures on the neck, move your fingers such that the ones touching the strings are seen clearly. Like your power chords, you have the ring finger floating, which can confuse people who are not yet familiar with that figure. Move it out of the way or use it to complete the chord. Look at @4:22 to see what i mean. Fingers everywhere, but unclear, which are actually fretting.

What are the actual strings tuned too? Is C sharp standard using the C sharp on the E string and then tuning in a standard way? (C#, F#, D#, E#, G#, C#)....or is there a "special" tunning they use like the C# is actually a drop C#. Anyone who can shed some light on this for me, I'd appreciate it.... thanks.

Lesson sounds great, but I felt like the tutorial was a bit rushed & that I was being expected to guess or figure some things out on my own. Perhaps I missed it, but on the main riff, is the last note being picked or is that a pull off? I think it's a pull off, but hard to tell with Jamie's right hand being out of the shot.

dont bend the 1st fret a half step its a quarter bend with vibrato if you want to play it like dimebag! and make the power chords octave powerchords

It's not a bed lesson, but I really feel like good lesson should have the 'slow' bits really slow almost like not even playing the actual riff etc but just showing finger placement and movement...just slowing it down in my opinion isn't good enough unless you already have a good grasp of guitar and of the song. It's like when someone from a band 'shows' how to play their song! It's often laughable hard to follow 😂. I know its probably boring and annoying to do when u know how to play something but U need to zoom into the finger placement and go through every step no matter how simple then once the person can understand with no doubt in their mind where their fingers should be in every part of what they are learning then u can fully focus on how it's played. Just doing a slow version with no zoom in (no matter how simple the riff is) just makes the learner have to rewind and get frustrated with feeling like they aren't understanding what's going on.

The way you're playing on the first fret is not correct. You actually have to bend up before hitting the note and let it bend it down.
