For the longest time I had this on my Foret RU-vid playlist and when I went back to it the video was blocked for like 3 years. I kept checking because this video was super important to me. Then bam! It came back. Life is good again.
I remember listening to this in 2008 visiting berlin, jogging from East Berlin to West and imagining a life there. I live here now and just came across this - what a tune. If you want to listej to original - its called Lento by Howard Skempton xx
I dedicate this to the love of my life, may she have eternal peace. You are always loved forever by me Mia! RIP, until I join you again, I love you now in this time and the next.
Masterpiece. I know that the main melody is by Robert Skempton, but the loop and rhythm added by Pantha in a genius way sublimate the original strings. I used to read a lot of Romantic thinkers/philosophers/poets from XVIIIth century (such as Hoffmann and Novalis for example) with Pantha Du Prince (and this track here particularly) as a soundtrack. It was a fantastic experience. Pantha Du Prince used to incarnate all this timeless Romantic flame in a contemporary edgy style. No wonder he gave the name "The Right For Romance" to one of his tracks in his album Diamond Daze back in 2004.
UNO DEI PIU' BEI BRANI DI MUSICA ELETTRONICA MAI CONCEPITI.............................UN VIAGGIO FANTASTICO IN FONDO ALL' UNIVERSO DELL' ANIMA........................
this so breathtaking beautiful, it almost leaves me speechless, while i watched those sceneries of nature passing by, I had tears in my eyes....How can we destroy all this? just for fu......greed, this earth is such a pearl in the middle of nowhere, an endless universe, the ONLY blue pearl, we have, she´s giving everything to us, and we are taking everything from her and want still more....it´s time to say, "thank you mother" and leave her, at least, alone.
this is one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard, and the f as the album art is just as beautiful. I've been studying Gothic France and how St. Augustine and mathematician Boethius thought of the "harmonious proportions" that create the ultimate beauty in both music and architecture. I think this song probably uses those ratios to be so pretty lol
Over 772,561 people ( and you know who you are) knew how good this track is and not one of you though to tell me!!! Well I found it on my own thank goodness...... :D
It makes me think of the cosmos, stardust, floating through nebulas on my back, slowly watching them rise and form, feeling the vastness of it all and admiring the vibrant and harmonious colors.
Just looked for many different artists for hours but.. it is the first song I really have to stop thinking "WOT" and make a comment. This looks fantastic
Lass uns wieder Glauben schenken. Lass uns wieder Fühlen tun und wieder Fühlen gehen. Ich schenke Dir meine Wahrheiten. Ich liebe Dich.
Certainly one of the few greatest dance music (and electro-accoustic, or however it was made) recordings ever. Though beyond relativism in its astonshing greatness. Do I create a paradox? Humans say "the greatest" when they absolutely mean it must be and can't hold back from saying that.
OH MY GOD that is one of the greatest songs i have ever heard in my life and i just heard 2:25 of it jeeeeesss great ohhh orgasm XD i am overwealmed with joy and happyness that is so wonderfull i am actually freaking out infront of my pc like the double rainbow man^^ i almost cry^^ yeeeeessss oooohhhh
Been deep into Hip Hop for the last year, taking a break from all electronic. Just came back to this song after 2 years after just listening to Deadmau5 - Sofi Needs a Ladder. Needed to reassure myself that there is still some salvation in the real creative artists we have pioneering music.
It's because it samples heavily "Lento" by Howard Skempton and I assume there was a coypright claim or similar. It's a shame, because I love this track! Probably my favourite from 2007.
@@amaradejo Copyright is such a shame. When artist realize that their master pieces are further developed and grow by other artist, they should be happy not greedy :/
@@jessijames23 yeah in an ideal world. But I mean he did take the entire song and just added a beat to it. And the magic really lies in the strings. So I understand also.
