Nope, locomotives on video were made in Czechoslovakia by Škoda company in Pilsen and speed gauge is Swiss made - Hasler Bern RT9 :)

Pantograph is 'tracking' well. Track is rough.

There is no difference which sided pantos you use, all are the same in europe. Expect if it is an AC DC one, this one in video is 25kV AC.

old comment but it is usually regulation to use the rearmost pantograph because if it breaks off there's less damage to the roof of the locomotive and more importantly the other pantograph
