People say this as if it can ever really happen lmao. You were already able to snipe jets from their spawn now you can do it better with an ever faster missile lmao. There is zero hope for CAS that faces USSR
@@user-bx9ri2qv3y Which AA cant shoot into jet spawn lmao, 2S6, Flarakrad, and now the Pantsir can. The pantsir can instantly shoot down drones too XD. Played yesterday just watching Pantsir players absolutely farm CAS in every form. The only counter to the Pantsir is to actually win the ground purely with ground vehicles or sneak behind enemy lines which is next to impossible when non USSR teams are getting farmed by CAS. The only time youll see USSR CAS struggle is when facing USSR in mixed battles LMAO.
@@MrRobschnieder You do know that the Flarakrad, 2S6, and ItO-90M can't shoot directly into the jet spawn? It's right outside their radar range. There's a radar range chart out there if you actually took the time to look for it. Also, I have no clue what your argument is here lmfao, the Pantsir is by far better than any top tier AA in the game right now by radar range alone, it's more than quadruple that of the FlaRakRad and 2s6
@@435cyberteam9 their best cas is ka52 (+mig27 sometimes) that is countered by adats just spinning its missile to avoid his proxyfuses. Adats and Ito90 are pretty strong, specially against non-NATO cas
@@fomnik9276 I die to Russian cas a ton more than any other country's cas. Russian cas is so much stronger than other countries, and now so is Russian aa. This thing is a hell of a lot better than an adats. When I die, it's almost always an mi24, ka52 or su25. I think the only other thing that comes close to killing me as much as those three is an a4e, bmp 2m or 2s38. There's an issue when in ground rb, I die to Russian aircraft more than I do any other vehicle.
Holy crap, yeah that thing has been terrorizing me. Used to my Thunderchief was alright, scream in at mach 1.3, drop 3 3000 pound demo bombs and gtfo. Now? I get sniped 16 feet from my runway by a random missle that's smarter than me in everyway. Excellent video Malzi, the "Are you ok?" Made me spit my milk out lol

@@PogChamper I must've gotten you at some point, and for that I am sorry, however I assure you, your AA has gotten me more than I've gotten you. I don't have flares, can't run flares or else I have to sacrifice the missiles I carry for dealing with people whom play ace combat while you crawl around complaining about me. I highly doubt you complain when your birds take out the enemies in front of you. So suck it up buttercup, fix your skill issue by getting an AA. I say this with love, because you know we are all just targets for any Russian vehicles.

something tells me Gaijin "heard" players worried about the Pansir being op, so they intentionally made it weaker at launch so people won't bitch about it immediately and say "I told you so". I bet later down the line in a few weeks Gaijin will secretly buff the Patsir to what its supposed to perform like and tell anyone who complains "skill issue" That or maybe it really is meh
Missile behaves incorrectly. Pantsir missiles correct course in "clicks" because of how guidance works. You should see gentle "steps" about 300ms apart, with missile taking slightly different correction curve each 300ms. This is a tradeoff by design (And the leading concern was the cost of a missile. Current missile costs just $12000), which results in slightly lower chances of intercepting highly maneuverable targets. This, however, results in missile virtually never overcorrecting. Also, cannon stabilizers suck on Pantsir because it was never really meant to be packed on a damned Kamaz. This is because of high center of mass since nobody really bothered to adapt the truck to any sensible extent. As a result, it should act like old R3 T20 when shooting cannons to the side, maybe to a slightly lesser extent.
As it stands the vehicle is already very unstable when firing to the left or right and basically bottoms out the suspension on the side opposite to where the cannon is firing. The poor gun depression, along with the high recoil, then causes the gunsight to jump up and makes it impossible to hit the target with continuous automatic fire.
@@danh7411 This part is actually understandable. Mzkt vehicles are too huge and cause a huge ruckus moving in traffic, not to mention commercial transport by sea. However, I can't understand why BAZ chassis was ignored. They do have extreme lowbeds and were kinda tight on orders. Weren't fancy looking enough to sell worldwide? Actually might be - manufacturers struggled and relied on UAE exports to keep afloat. But it's kinda moot point since MAN/Tatra were picked to carry the package.
Question, why are some of the more recent AAs giant boxes on the back of trucks as opposed to resembling more conventional armored Vehicles? Look at the FlaRaRakRad and Pantsir compared to Gepard and Tunguska.
0:19 reminds me of when I fly the Kfir, out of missiles, some 30+ km away from the action after bombing a base, destroying one A-10, an F-5 and an assist, and the teammate with 0 kills and assist says, "useless kfir" some things never change c,:
Malzi FYI the new German AA car can shoot through grey cement walls with AP rounds without breaking them, making it extraordinarily strong. Also Lancaster bomber now has the 2nd biggest bomb in the game
@mattthesedg4238 i thought it was a 12,000lb bomb, so wouldn't that put it at just under 5,450kg. Also, I forgot PE-8 was 5000kg and not 6000kg so that's my bad.
@@morganlemke look at it's stats man, it's torpex, TNT equivalent makes it slightly over 1300kg more powerful than the FAB5000, plus it's kill radius is larger
