You might not know this, but some Papa Louie customers are couples. Even some of the male and female workers are a couple. Note: Although Tony and Mandi don't work at the same place, they are still a couple.
Matt is a real person though, one of the creators of the series along with Tony. Having him in a couple with a fictional person would be strange. As for Tony, his wife Mandi is also a real person.
Some of these aren’t canon, a quick search in the fandom pages will tell you that much. Ones such as Greg + Yippy and Alberto + Penny are to be taken with a huge grain of salt. Plus, what’s wrong with Sue + Mary? ;/
