Apparently Bottarga is just dried, salted fish roe (caviar), which is pressed into huge chunks. I would definitely try it on pasta. 😁 Believe it or not, I actually had macaroni pasta for dinner while watching this video. 🤯 Love you, Ashli! 😊💜

Bottarga is an Italian word for cured fish roe. It tastes similar to caviar but more intense and salty.
