Stunning!!! I am in the process of doing a Lolly Altered Paperclip marathon. I hope this doesn't sound too weird, but I really appreciate when you fast forward through some of the repetitive processes. 😎
Omgoodness-I want to make one now!!!!! I have a confession-whenever I get something like this in a swap or Happy Mail......I do not use them for my papercrafts...….I wear them...hahahaha I love chunky jewelry so I can't help myself. tfs Hugs and Blessings, Carol
Lolly Palooza Yes I ABSOLUTELY love your stuff. I’ve been sharing a lot of your video with my friends who LOVE to bead. These are just SO CUTE. My one friend actually starts selling her stuff every summer so I thought these would be some AWESOME things for her to make & sell. They are SO CUTE!! I’m gonna give it a shot. She also makes paper clip earrings using crystals & matching bracelets. I just love anything unique. Your SO TALENTED 💜
I just love hothouse wrap the paper then start building your chucks charms I’m going to try this.thank you for video I will be save this one so I don’t have to search for it and you again where have you been.
Adorable and beautiful... but how do you "use" these charms - and doesn't it bother you that you can see the white paper at the inside top and bottom of the paper clip??
No, it doesn't bother me about the paper. I know it's paper, so I'm not expecting it to look like something other than paper. I could use double sided card stock if I wish, and that would give me another color inside the clip. Here is my first paper clip charm ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LRvbw27xO-U.html I use charms in many things -- mostly to dangle on notebooks, and some on purses
So cute. I was really interested in how you loop your wire to finish off, but everything was sped up to fast. Do you have a video on how you do your ends??
yes, since I make so many charm videos, I don't do slow motion every time on this process. Here it is on my very first charm video. Poor video quality, but you can see the process ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h4TVTsCVwsw.html
Thank you, but there's definitely a reason for speeding up repetitive motions like scissor cutting or gluing. Video analytics show that the longer the video, the sooner viewers quit watching altogether. If I leave in all the mundane motions like applying glue, my viewers are more apt to leave.
Hi, I've come across your channel recently. These chunky charms are certainly adorable! Be a nice variation to the ones I already make! Hope you don't mind if I asked you what you do with all of your crafts? when you're done do you by any chance sell? If so would you mind sharing what this type of charm goes for in your area? Have you done any videos on pricing your products? I'm also wondering about the paper that you put around the clip, it is definitely very pretty and cost-effective but I'm wondering about durability?? Does it hold up well and not tear or peel apart with at least medium use far as you know?? Appreciate any insight that you may be willing to offer ... thanks
I sell some items on my shop (link is under the video), but mostly I don't make enough of any item to sell. Most of the items I sell are journals I make on video. I don't give pricing suggestions any more -- too many variables involved. This card stock is sturdy, but it could use a bit of reinforcement if it's going to be handled a lot. I suggested Triple Thick Glaze
