I find it much harder to control. I find the super quiller has a lot less tension in the coils once you go above 10 strips. And I used 40 to make the skirt - it's just too loose by that point. I'm quite happy using my manual tool for it :)

I made all your dolls with the quiller btw it's slot more easier for me I got a time of less than 3 minutes or whit the quiller for 40 strip's in the way which I told you

You're right, all of the strips are 3mm - except for the base coil. Base skirt - 40 strips 10mm Lower torso - 12 strips upper torso - 10 strips shoulders - 4 strips arms - 2 strips for each cone hands - half a strip each Face - 8 strips back of head - 9 or 10 strips. You can use as many as you like for the hair, there is no set amount :)

Just to make it? Or the whole creative process? First I design the doll. Then I make a "test figure" where I try out the design. Sometimes there are problems I need to fix, or something doesn't look right, so I need to go back and do it again. This whole process can take weeks/months depending on what I'm stuck on. But once I'm completely happy with a design and I already know how to make it, I can reproduce one in approximately 4 hours. But these 4 hours are spread across several days to allow for drying time.

I use Acrylic paint - the colour doesn't really matter. Just some kind of light blue will do since most of it gets covered anyway.

It depends where you get it from - and you can get it in different sized bottles. I'm from the UK, and can buy the 60ml bottle that I use in the video for 99p

I think it looks like more than it really is. I do perhaps use a thicker layer than required - but I like to make sure they're secure. I can make a number of figures from that one bottle - and they're very cheap to buy.
