i clicked on this for some reason expecting a yoshi rescue mission video essay but it was the nicest surprise to learn it was a playthrough and i ended up watching the whole series in 1 sitting this is my favorite thing on youtube right now

I don't believe you, the one playing the game, are the real Wisdom T. Cap. I have a personal theory that this is a Luigi's Mansion situation where the real Wisdom T. Cap was trapped inside of the cardboard cut-out.
