This video is most informative, and that scam part is real. One of my frnd become victim as he was from town, and someone told him I am an army officer. He trusted and sent him some amount, then numbers got blocked however we manage to hold that guy and took our amount.

Without valid insurance no one wil transfer your bike.either you can transfer the insurance on your name after rc ownership change or just do 3rd party insurance and after change of ownership apply for cancelling the old insurance and buying a new insurance of first party of that same insurance company to get hassle free work....

Sir I have applied transfer of ownership online n get the papers print out. But on reaching rtojammu I was told to have declaration print on newpaper after that approval from court than rto can do the rest procedure. Kindly guide on it, from where we can have standard operating procedures. I wanna add that I have renewed my rc of vehicle recently. Kindly do the needful

Bro meri nazar me ek bike hai splendor. Par issue ye hai ki us bike ke 1 bhi papers ni hain.... Owner ne kisise udhaar paise liye the jiske badle wo apni splendor bike chhodd gaya girvi ke 5aur pe. Ab 6 saal ho gaye na wo paise dene aa raha na bike leke Jaa Raha, aise me kya wo bike kharid ke mai apne naam karwa sakta hoon. Please do reply at your earliest possible convenience. Hi Sir,i m from Delhi. maine kisi agent se bike le raha hn. bike ka owner koi aur hai lekin usne sign le rakha hai form 29,30 pe original RC hai, owner ka aadharcopy aur bank NOC hai but expired hai 2021 me sath hi insurance bhi 2019 me expired hai. i know bina valid insurance k ownership transfer nhi hoga. to kya koi 3rd party insurance apne name pe le k fir main ownership transfer krwa sakta hn?
