I have a joke for you!
I wanted to make a quick video for Undertale's 5th anniversary and I've been itching to animate this meme for a long time!

Honestly, a lot of people give Papyrus a nasally Skeletor voice, and I understand that the audio here is just from another meme, but I actually think this voice fits Papyrus a lot better than the usual 'classic.' :p
