BTW - I'm 57 hours into my second Steam account with Rust and haven't killed anyone yet. With a ping of over 450 I can only build and farm. With regard to your base - great defending. You may want to build multiple bases and split your loot as it's like all your eggs in one basket. However it was pretty entertaining. ;)
It was a fantastic defense... But bro, AloneInTokyo is the God of solo defense. Bro will seal, let them fire 6 rockets into the replaced sheet metal wall, then Demolish-Rebuild-UpgradetoSheetMetal practically in an instant. Undoubtedly an infuriating experience for the raiders trying to online him as a solo. I even said in my own comment that Tokyo would have been proud of Yexoms defense here, he did fantastic. And while they're both great, the "Greatest Solo Defender" title 100% belongs to AiT.
@@wrobber1jeez stop dikkeating... Let people give Yexom props without you feeling the need to let everybody know you viciously slob knob of some other dude🤦🏾♂️ AIT scripts raid defenses and asks groups to raid him once he's ready to defend..I'm sure that's the vibe for ten year olds but damn let his nuts breathe
That defence was absolutely nail biting - honestly, a lot of your victory must go to the commanding position your tower had, it let you take out their camper van, which really hindered them. There are lots of other times you’ve had to sneak out and go hunting to do that, or not at all. V.Impressive by both teams - let’s be real, raiding in Rust against a good online base is hard unless you truly Zerg it. Which is why so many people don’t :-(
I got to the point that I really don’t subscribe to anyone, but SEEING YOUR DETERMINATION, AND NEVER EVER CEASING TO REPELLED THEM… to keep your head cooled down and outsmart them moving from place to place and EVEN SEALING!!!! Hats off for you man. I know you’re going to hit a Million after people realize the quality of videos you deliver.
I was just relaxing, watching this guy build a tower to parachute onto the oil rig... And was incredibly surprised by seeing the single most exciting and greatest single player defense of a base of ever seen! That was seriously impressive. Absolutely incredible editing and player skill in the history of this game.
What I REALLY like about watching you defend your base, is that your incredible, mature focus on the task at hand, rather than portraying some of the more childish histrionics that SO many kids act out, because they can't maintain their emotions. You don't squeal, endlessly curse, scream "Oww" every time you get shot, etc. A truly enjoyable defense. Seriously. Very, very impressive.
This is by absolute far the best Rust video I have ever seen. Hands down. That base defence would've been hard for a full stacked team let alone a solo. Seeing the whiffs you did earlier in the video had me skeptical but brother was I wrong. You picked up your game, had a mean online base using all of the tricks in the book and you very, VERY clearly understand how you should be moving around your base to fuck with enemy sightlines. Fuckin' GGs dude. Your footwork is something to be admired.
14:36 just an idea for another time: put the tc you had infront of the single door with a lock to block them from coming in. grab the work bench 2 and put it infront of the garage door to slow them prevent them from jumping out.
here i was thinking id be watching a chill video of you building a base to get to oil. Little did i know id be watching an insane 1v10 online, crazy stuff
Due to one of Kimchi's videos, the reason why the chinese probably had a wind turbine is because they raid really slowly, but its near impossible to defend. They don't show up with rockets and start obliterating the main base (usually), they instead work their way up to the base by taking over externals, securing them for themselves, and then fortifying their advance with turrets to stop seal attempts and roofs for peeks. It's extremely difficult to defend unless another group comes in to counter, but it takes a couple of hours before they fully finish the raid.
Ok buddy, this was almost as good as the World War event. Damn that online defend at the end, 10v1 was intense. You played it well man. Keep it up. Good luck on 200k.
Ha! Great idea. Just started watching. Next time consider making a publicly accessible jump tower with peace keeping turrets. Put a shop that sells parachutes next to it :D
I was one of the raiders and ngl that shit looks wicked on your end. We botched that “offline” so hard…. We just wanted the rockets to raid a Japanese Zerg 😢
Daaammmn bro... GG for sure. I think that defense would have even made AloneInTokyo proud! Given that you had sealing mats all over, I'd have thought you would have tried more to seal..and you know...close your doors in the core? :P But in the end, you def held your own in a 10v1. Definitely something to be proud of, sir! 😁😁😁 So I say again... GG. And GG for the online, and lack of toxicity on behalf of the raiders. A lot of 10 man groups would be salty AF after losing to a solo... Cool that they kept the fact that it's just a game in perspective. :)
This deserves so many more views & likes. This content is craved by so many. Single player raid defence against a 10 man Zerg, and you brought them to a stand still. Are you not entertained?
Very nice video, love that you leave the bloopers in, I would totally also rocket myself during a hectic raid defense! I would bring swimgear, if parachting to oilrig, for the return...
I lived in that same base design you used and it is so great for online, so many peeks and head glitches, that coupled with your skill and some really smart strategies and plays made for an amazing raid defence, excellent vid!
@@tyroneevans3202 I wasnt the builder that was my friend, but it was called something like 2x1 meta compound for solo/duo with head peaks and head glitches, its pretty easy to recognize when you see it
THAT WAS THE MOST EPIC RUST DEFENCE I HAVE EVERRRR SEEN!!!! Sorry but that just had to be in caps! I have never seen someone successfully defend against 10 players, ever! Dudeee you are a GOD at this!! 😮😮
