Gonna look past your attempt to be a smartass and tell you that basically any country can participate in the tournament, but 10 of the 20 teams in the tournament are from the US. I believe the rest this year were from Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Australia. Canada. Caribbean. Europe and Africa. Japan. Latin America. Mexico.
