Spectacular views of the Dartmoor National Park from my paraglider after catching a spring thermal up to an inversion layer, sharing the experience with a few other pilots.
This is my first time flying here. My wing is a BDG Epic, which is a low EN-B. It's a great wing, but it's interesting to see the performance difference to higher class EN-C wings around me when on glide towards the reservoir - I'm left in the dust as they stay high. I'm sure experience and skill has something to do with it as well!
A great day, and a fantastic flying site! South Devon Hang gliding and Paragliding Club
