You are genius. I am amazed. Side cars are making a come back in USA. I bought a 2022 Harley Road Glide Special for the purpose of adding a side car to it. I have spoken with several manufacturer of side cars out here but no one builds side car to lean like yours do. I think if side car would lean, it will be much easier on steering and turning. Wish you the best with your project!!!

My guess is the mounting bolts are too tight causing the action to bind.

I there a damper in the front piston?
