she did very well actually getting the car into the spot. typically, you want to have the car next to the curb with a foot or less of space. just practice on getting in closer & she's golden!
It would have been more realistic in my opinion if you would have actually put the cones closer to the side walk, so she can get close to the side walk as you should when you parallel park. Just a thought.
Just get close to car . Reverse when you see back of other come through your rear window turn. Keep turned till your 40 degree angle then turn straight if till your 75cm from curb then fully turn keeping close to the corner of there car . Easy park
It's soo much easier with a backup camera and most modern cars have that, spend like half an hr just parking and you got it down, if you have a driveway you may rarely have to parallel park
Cones are not as high as a vehicle. I remember being so stressed I would hit one when I took my test years ago because I couldn't see the darn things! 😂 Also, I had borrowed my grandma's car because we had a big truck, and I couldn't find the stupid hazard lights until the last second. I was sure I failed. But I guess I must have done something right because they passed me. 😅
Teaching it just a little wrong. You straighten up and back up a bit first before turning to the left. That way you clearn the car in front of you safely and are close to the curb when you're done.
Too-far away from the curb. Also, the center of the vehicle should've been angled to the left of the cone. Once at 45 degrees, reverse straight-back and only start turning once you know you will be close to the cones on the right.
Need Clarification for Alberta License 🙂 *1.* Class 4 License is mandatory to drive Uber in Calgary? Or can drive with Class 5 (Non GDL)? *2.* Is it mandatory to pass theory and practical exam of “Air Break Q Endorsement for getting Class 4 driving license? *3.* Besides getting Class 5 full license, do we still need to prepare Commercial Driver’s Guide to Operation, Safety and Licensing to get class 4 driving license?
I’m confused, wasn’t she technically dry steering?? Every time she turned the wheel to straighten up the cat wasn’t moving… (i’m a uk learner so I don’t know if it’s as big of a deal there but I know you shouldn’t dry steer)
At least from what I understand, driving schools in the US recommend you dry steer on certain maneuvers like parallel parking because new learners can’t steer fast enough.
I see this is the best method right than left with wheels .Some other videos show the method right , straight backup and than left and it’s not working

Hi there! The measurements depend on the state you are in. This video was taken in GA, the parallel parking requirement for the road test is 9 x 22 in GA.
You must be 6 to 12 ft away from the curb she's very far away from the curb not going to this driving school unless they passed me every time I make a mistake like this😂
She hit the cone but she did very well? I was wondering why the people on the roads are such shitty drivers now i know its because they were student drivers at some point and they were taught to drive like shit 😂.
