I recommend googling Kristina Ripatti Pearce - she seems to be doing amazing! She is riding bike now and competes in marathons, her team completed the 3,000-plus mile race from California to Maryland in 2021. This makes me happy. She looked so sad and hopeless in the beginning… ❤️ It makes me sad that the US government doesn’t provide properly for its people, so these kinds of programs are necessary in your country. Thank you wonderful team of Extreme Home Makeover! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Wow, Ty and team, I'm watching this years later, and are witness to how you have been the miracle in this family's life. You are building people up, while there are forces in the USA trying to break everything down. So glad to know most Americans are still great, caring and generous people.

All I can say is that I commend Christina who proved she would save her life & now her dream has come true having such a beautiful home she well deserved. I am so happy that Ty Pennington & the gang helped her out, & when I saw Christina's face light up really made me so happy for her. Also her husband has been her saviour in on respect. Lovely big bed💖& ofcourse the rest of the house just so amazing!!! I don't know Christina, but I'd like to say that I wish you every happiness in your new home!! ❤💘💘💘💘💘

They had a little boy, Lucas Braedon in 2008, when Jordan was 2 ❤ It really seems like Kristina has gone from strength to strength since this was filmed, & she's as outgoing, active & adventurous now, if not more so, as she was before getting shot im 2006, even cycling across America on a hand bike in 2010 🥰 However, it looks like the couple divorced in 2013. I hope they're all happy & doing well.

I cannot help but wonder just how many innocent people suffered at the hands of this woman. Karma sure works interesting ways sometimes.

She doesn’t come across as being a very nice person at all. Cold hearted, only caring about herself, her own importance. It’s almost as if she feels she is entitled to all the kindness and good heartedness given to her because of how special she thinks herself to be. It’s heartbreaking to see a human become so narcissistic simply because she was a cop.

And you got all that from this video or is it a personal thing???

@@Graced4ever I got all this from many different ways. Life experiences, life events, seeing how cops abuse so many innocent people, just constantly noticing the huge unchecked ego’s that cops have. Then following on from that, you always end up with narcissistic cops like this woman.. A normal person being helped, supported and gifted unimaginable things would be so grateful, so thankful, so appreciative of everyone who helped . This woman cop lacked any respect for all those who gave her so much. Her body language was screaming out that she considers herself entitled to everything she has been given. Then after everything she was given because she claimed to be paralysed it turns out that she isn’t as paralysed as she claimed. I just feel that there were and are far more deserving people, struggling with far bigger health issues than this woman. Just because she wore a cop uniform doesn’t make her anymore deserving than others. In many ways less deserving than soldiers who stand on the frontline. Less deserving than firefighters who climb the stairways of burning high rise buildings. Far less deserving than Nurses and Doctors who save lives on a daily basis. Ironically enough none of those far more deserving folk ever displays the level of self entitlement that the cop woman displayed. Given your lack of ability to notice all the negatives regarding this cop woman I kind of suspect that there is a link between you and the cop service.

Amazing that she’s gone from being paralysed to now competing in marathons. Will she be paying back the hundreds of thousands of dollars she took when claiming to be paralysed? …maybe give all the money she took and give it to a far more deserving person with a kind, caring heart?

Seems very wrong, very unfair that a cop who has abused so many innocent people all her life gets given so much, yet these she wronged so badly gets nothing…
